• $50.00 per month - includes 8 gigs of bandwidth for the base number of 5 authenticated users plus $8.00 per user per month above 5 and up to 12

• Total Initial payment $50.00 payable prior to initiation of Private Domain includes Private Domain Initiation and one month minimum in advance for 5 users.

• Reoccurring charges for $50.00 for Minimum Users plus applicable charges additional users.

• All work performed by Safety Send shall bear the “powered by SafetySend” tagline (or logo) at the bottom with a link to the http://www.safetysend.com site for compliance verification

• Work on the site will be scheduled upon execution of this proposal, and will take approximately 5 days or less to complete with proper information from the client.
